To begin
with, I would like to eliminate some obligatory branches that I consider
unnecessary in the curriculum, such as "leadership workshop", since
they increase the academic load, which affects us so that we can dedicate less
time to the most relevant branches.
Another
change that I would like to make is that only one teacher is dedicated to
impart a subject, or otherwise, that the sequence of the different modules is
very organized, organized and panified, without there being any interference
between them, and that good communication between the professors who teach each
module.
Finally, it
would be beneficial for each subject to stick to the planning delivered at the
beginning of the course, where it is established: the duration of the classes,
evaluations and the weighting of them in the final grade of the subject, the
feedback of the assessments compulsorily. Understanding that a new evaluation cannot
be made without having made the feedback of the previous test.
I would
also like all teachers to be given an obligatory training to carry out the
classes, emphasizing the learning of the students, teaching them basic notions
about pedagogy and how they should prepare the study material and PowerPoint
presentations.
In relation
to the facilities of the faculty, I would like the E rooms of Agronomy to have
curtains, because in summer, when there is a lot of light, it is reflected on
the blackboard and it is very difficult to distinguish it; and in winter, we
get very cold because in the absence of curtains, much heat is lost from the
room.
